A Neutral Incident Layer for Hospitality.

Privacy-first incident documentation that preserves observations without expanding duty.

Most Observations Do Not Justify Escalation.

Hotels routinely observe low-confidence situations that do not by themselves justify escalation. Observations are often informal, fragmented, or undocumented — losing context when it matters later.

  • Early escalation can create duty and expectation.
  • No documentation creates gaps and defensibility problems.
  • Informal documentation increases privacy and liability risk.

A quiet layer underneath hotel operations.

Hotelligence provides privacy-first incident documentation that captures what staff observed, preserves context, and keeps operational decisions with management.

Access & Fee

Infrastructure Access & Fee Schedule

Operated by Hotelligence, Powered by BlueWave Technology®

Infrastructure Access

Hotelligence provides privacy-first incident documentation infrastructure for hospitality environments. Access is structured as a flat infrastructure availability fee per property per month. The fee is determined solely by room count. It is not tied to usage. It is not tied to incidents. It is not tied to signals. It is not tied to outcomes. The infrastructure provides documentation and preservation only.

Infrastructure Availability Fee

Flat infrastructure availability fee per property per month. Applies to properties with 1-500 rooms. Properties exceeding 500 rooms require direct review prior to activation.

The infrastructure availability fee covers backend services, secure hosting, maintenance, updates, system integrity controls, and audit logging. It does not include monitoring, alerts, or operational response.

RoomsAnnual Fee
1–75$600
76–150$720
151–300$840
301–500$960

Onboarding & System Alignment

Hotelligence does not use a traditional SaaS sales model. There are no product demonstrations. There are no feature tours. There are no upgrade paths. Onboarding begins with System Alignment. Each property completes a structured alignment process to confirm that operational posture matches system boundaries. Following alignment, the property executes the System Scope Acknowledgement (SSA), confirms room count classification, and completes self-provisioning. Infrastructure access begins only after SSA acknowledgment and provisioning are complete. Properties align to the system. The system does not adjust its boundaries to individual preference. Administrative support is available within the authenticated portal after activation.

Multi-Property Ownership

Fees are assessed per property per month. Each property activates independently under its own SSA. There is no portfolio aggregation pricing.

Billing

Monthly billing per property. No per-user charges. No feature tiers. No usage escalators. No activity-based pricing.

Hotelligence provides bounded documentation infrastructure. Escalation decisions, if any, occur separately and deliberately.
